Shipping & Returns


At Sparkling Stemware, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price, select items are only eligible for store credit. Also, you can be sure your order is secure. Our checkout process is equipped with the latest technology to help protect against any fraudulent activity. 

Returns Policy

Any unused merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipment may be returned to Sparkling Stemware for refund or replacement at any time within fifteen (15) days after the date of the shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for actual price paid, including any applicable sales tax. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent was damaged during shipment. Refund requests with amounts exceeding $100.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To ensure that we process your return according to your wishes, please follow the procedures outlined below when returning your merchandise to Sparkling Stemware:

  • Email us at service@sparklingstemware.com about the issue. We will give you further instructions and this way, we can anticipate your package.
  • Pack and seal all of products to be returned or exchanged securely, in the original package if possible, along with a copy of the original invoice.

Ship your return or exchange prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries -- to the following address:

While not required, we recommend that you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number option and that you insure your return fully. These options will provide you added protection since Sparkling Stemware cannot be responsible for the products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to our returns department.


We are proud to provide FREE UPS Ground and FedEx Ground Shipping to all 48 contiguous US states! If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or any other US territory that FedEx delivers to, please complete the UPS module for a shipping quote which will be applied to your shopping cart. Shipping glassware requires extra attention and so generally takes 3-5 business days (which do not include the weekend and national holidays) from the order date to ship. Orders placed before 11AM on a business day will process same day, otherwise they will be processed the next business day.

We ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground and the approximate delivery schedules can be viewed here (image generated from UPS.com and FedEx.com). Please note that we have more than one shipping location and the delivery schedule depends on the product being shipped.
