Any unused merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipment may be returned to Sparkling Stemware for refund or replacement at any time within fifteen (15) days after the date of the order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for actual price paid, including any applicable sales tax. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent was damaged during shipment.

While not required, we recommend that you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number option and that you insure your return fully. These options will provide you added protection since Sparkling Stewmare cannot be responsible for the products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to our returns department.
