Safe Shipping is Guaranteed. All glassware will arive promptly and safely. Any glasses damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately and without hassle.
We guarantee safe shipping on all orders. All of our products are carefully packaged to avoid breakage. If a package is received with broken or damaged merchandise, please contact us and a replacement shipment will be issued free of charge.
We are proud to offer FedEx shipping on all purchases from our website. We cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered. We only charge for delivering the products to you and/or the recipients you designate. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped, along with a FedEx tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment. See the map below for a general guide of the transit times in business days from the time the order is actually shipped from our warehouse.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
We still adhere to our normal shipping policy throughout the holiday season meaning we still need about 48 hours to process and package all orders, and this does not include weekends.
FedEx expedited shipping does not guarantee next day shipping, however, this does mean that your order is a priority for all Sparkling Stemware associates and will be shipped via FedEx two day. We process orders as they come in, and we work to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
For orders placed after December 17th, there is still a very good chance for holiday delivery based on your destination state, please refer to the below steps and map do determine when your package might arrive. We will do our best to handle your orders as quickly as possible during the holiday rush.
NOTE: Please be advised that FedEx Home and Ground shipments will NOT be delivered on Friday Dec. 25th. FedEx Home Delivery shipments will be made on Saturday Dec 26th but Fedex Ground will NOT be made on Saturday.
When ordering on Saturday, December 19th, Sunday, December 20th, or Monday, December 21st, we recommend that you choose FedEx 2-day shipping in order to receive your order by December 25th.
