Shipping Policy
Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total amount of your purchase. These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. See the map below for a general guide of the transit times in business days from the time the order is actually shipped from our warehouse.
We guarantee safe shipping on all orders. All of our products are carefully packaged to minimize breakage. If a package is received with broken or damaged merchandise, please contact us and a replacement shipment will be issued.
ESTIMATING ARRIVAL DATE OF YOUR BASIC GROUND OR HOME DELIVERY PACKAGE:
- Allow 2-3 business days for processing, this will vary based upon stock and/or holiday shipping.
- Check map below to find the number of days estimated for delivery.
- Add number one and two together to get total number of days estimated for the package to arrive at its destination.
